Pumpkin Ale Update

Well I just bottled the pumpkin ale I brewed a few weeks back and wow it tastes great!! Looks to be a hair over 6% and is smooth as can be.

Now I am off to brew a UpaDowna Incline IPA and an UpaDowna Hefeweizen, not sure what I am going to call the Hefe so if you have suggestions let me know!

Dude! It’s winter! Where are the stouts!?

Yeah yeah yeah. You are right however the UpaDowna army brewed a stout last week! All in all I’d say at least one member is brewing everyday. So the variety is pretty out of control. Right now we have a hard cider, mead, black stout, cherry ale, pumpkin ale and a few others I can’t remember, with more to come!!
